Description:
- Contact and maintain relationships with HR from different MNC and Local companies with a presence in China;
- As first point of contact with potential client, must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service;
- Develop business strategy and business models with BD Team for implementation in future strategy;
- Negotiate contracts with companies looking to use our services;
- Assist in the branding and marketing for the company;
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and seminars;
- Assist consultants with communications and occasional search functions;
- Keep effective communication with the industry managers and clients in order to ensure the whole recruiting process progresses smoothly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or human resources major. Experience in business development or human resources related industries is preferred.
- Basic English speaking and writing skills. French is plus.
- Excellent organizational, executive, time management skills and teamwork spirit.
- Quick response, strong communication and negotiation skills with affinity.
- Strong market development capability, able to maintain good working condition under pressure.
- Good temperament, strong sense of responsibility, aspiring to long-term development in the human resources industry.
